Every business, no matter the size, needs to ensure that all of its people completely understand how to do all of the activities needed to effectively and efficiently carry out the services, design and production of their products, along with the support activities necessary to grow the business.
This can be accomplished by:
Ensuring that all employees completely understand how to do their job.
Ensuring the business’s products, services, and supporting functions are subject to continuous improvement.
We help businesses to accomplish the above goals in a cost effective manner.
Human Resource Intellectual Capital
Every business employs knowledgeable and experienced people who understand how to do what needs to be done to run the business properly. Without these people and their experience, any business is not functional. All of the physical resources and activities of the business lie quiet without any action.
When key people retire, leave, or move to another job, a vacuum of experience exists that needs to be replaced quickly. We provide a detailed video based Learning Module that will show new employees, exactly how to do the activities in question. And because a picture is worth more than a thousand words, there is no language barrier to create misunderstanding. New people can review the activity as many times as is needed, until they completely understand how to do it. There is no manual, written so well, that anyone can completely understand it exactly. So errors and misunderstanding occur. Seeing it done removes any uncertainty and ensures complete understanding.
The Learning Module is provided in a current electronic format so that it can be used on any desktop, laptop, tablet, smart phone, or posted on the Internet with password protection. You can duplicate it by a simple dragging and drop action.
It is easily updated, and divided into chapters to ensure that it current.
All of the video is captured in HD video (1080p) with professional broadcast quality equipment used by the major networks.
As your business’s human resource intellectual capital is your most valuable resource, protect it by ensuring that the knowledge and experience needed to keep you a leader in your field will never be lost.
Unit Operation Visual Reference System™
Aries’ Unit Operation Visual Reference System™ is the process we use to capture, retain, and transfer the critical understanding necessary for people to carry out the activities needed to run the business. Our Learning Module focuses on your business activities. It captures the tacit understanding, and explicit knowledge that drive the critical success activities of your business.
Our Learning modules work to enhance your existing text and instructor based teaching systems. We do this by providing the dynamic visuals that show exactly how any activities is to be done properly.
The HD (1080p)/(720p) media runs on any desktop, laptop, tablet, smart phone, or the Internet making it easily accessible to your business.
Since we are predominately visual learners, this allows you to view important activities at any time, regardless of when the activities actually took place.
Your people can view any Learning Module, as many times as they wish, until they completely understand how to do it. It also provides an effective way for even one person to learn, or refresh their understanding at their convenience.

Too many organizations depend on people not being brave enough to challenge the status quo. They rely for their survival on people who are happy, literally, to continue doing exactly what came before. – Jack Welsh
Evolution applies not only to the human race, but also to the world of business. Without constant improvement in your products and/or services, it is only a matter of time before productivity, and the declining attributes of your services, and/or products will negatively affect your business results.
Of the more than 80% of the companies surveyed, that said that innovation was an important critical success factor, less than 10% admitted that they did it really well. This issue begs a serious answer. When so much is known, and has been written about the innovation process, and it is such an important critical success factor, why then are the results so dismal. The answer is that although they did certain things right, they didn’t do the all the right things right.
Innovation is not a business wide program to improve everything, but rather a targeted effort to make a significant difference to those services and/or products that really drive your business, and define who you are.
Looking from the outside, it is easier to discover and see what has become invisible to the people within a business. We provide that external view, and the expertise to help you focus on making valuable change, which will improve your business results. Big or small, every business faces this challenge.
Invest in your business, invest in innovative change.
