Dr. Miller has more than 30 years of experience in quality assurance, product development, operations, and business process innovation with the World’s most diversified health care company. In these capacities he held senior vice president positions.

In 1995, Dr. Miller combined his knowledge of film and video with his extensive scientific and business background to create a company focused on the capture, retention, and transfer of the critical employee understanding necessary to run key business processes and critically important activities. Businesses can now have a HD video based Learning Module that shows exactly how something should be done.

He also specializes in the application of the latest innovation techniques to substantially increase the efficiency and effective of

critical business processes and activities. As an inventor, he had been granted seven US patents that have been filed internationally.

Dr. Miller has taught at Ryerson Polytechnic University, Seneca College, the University of Manitoba, and the University of Wisconsin.

He served as a supporting member of the Ontario Science Centre and was a member of their Board of Trustees for six years. He is also a senior life member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.

Dr. Miller is a graduate in Chemical Technology from Ryerson Polytechnic University, holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Toronto, as well as a Master’s degree in Chemistry, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from York University.
