Our cost reduction and improved regulatory compliance process is based on our Unit Operation Visual Reference System™.

First, an initial meeting is arranged with a cross section of Operations personnel to assess which products, dosage forms, or processes are generating the highest nonconformance costs.  If an organization has a Research and/or Development function we also meet with them.  In many organizations the Finance Department provides validation of the nonconformance cost opportunities.

The Unit Operation Visual Reference System™ operates on a 15 week cycle to carry out the principal photography, the research associated with each of the unit operations, and the creation of the Unit Operation Visual Reference Library™.

Each unit operation will include a voice–over describing the procedure and will include superimposed image identifiers that relate the process that was recorded visually to the approved written procedure.  Some unit operations will include additional graphics and/or animated enhancements to facilitate a better understanding of the process by the employees being trained.  Aries Communications’ technical and creative staff will meet on a regular basis with the company’s technical staff as the unit operation clips are created.

The Unit Operation Visual Reference Library will be delivered as a series of Quicktime video clips on a portable hard drive. This will facilitate the distribtion of the media at the client's site.
