A - Any production is broken down into a series of steps, each of which is approved by you before the production advances to the next stage. The production steps are typically as follows:

- Rough edit
- Final edit
- Duplication (tape, DVD, web media, computer file)

You will see how all costs were determined rather than being given a lump number without any supporting detail. You can add or subtract resources to meet your budget requirements. Once an agreement of services is signed, your costs are then fixed. Only if you decide to subtract or add additional services will your cost change.
